Q&A: Obama's Call for Investment in US Transport Infrastructure

President Obama has requested a joint session with Congress on Sept. 8 in which he will speak about investing in U.S. transport infrastructure, which will include the creation of new jobs and asking Congress to extend surface transport and aviation programs, due to expire in September.
