Hotel Room Reservations

Participants of TPAC are entitled to special rates on sleeping rooms at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel. Hotel Room rates for participants of TPAC are $185.00 S/D plus taxes. For reservations at the Hyatt, call 1-310-228-1234 and mention the “Trans-Pacific Air Cargo Conference” to receive your special room rate. In order to receive the group rate, reservations should be made no later then May 15, 2006. Reservations made after the cut-off date of May 15, 2006 are not guaranteed the group room rate.

Transportation to and from LAX Airport

Taxi's are always available at the hotel entrance.  At LAX, taxi's are located right outside of the baggage claim area. From LAX to the hotel, the Super Shuttle is available for a nominal fee.  Guests should walk over to the orange colored "shared ride" area located right outside of baggage claim.  From the hotel to LAX, Super Shuttle is also available for a nominal fee, however guests are required to make a reservation through Concierge.

Airfare Discounts

American Airlines is the preferred airline for the Trans-Pacific Air Cargo Conference. To receive discounts of up to 5% off your airfare, contact American Airlines at 1.800.433.1790 and refer to Agreement Code #A5266AT. If you would like to use your own travel agent, provide them with the reference numbers above to still receive your discount.
