CEVA Wins Airfreight Forwarder of the Year Award in Asia Pacific

Singapore, 7 December, 2011 – CEVA Logistics, a leading global supply chain management company, was presented with the Airfreight Forwarder of the Year award at the Supply Chain Asia Logistics Awards (SCALA) 2011 held on 1 December 2011.
The annual awards organized by Supply Chain Asia (SCA) are designed to recognize and commend companies and key individuals in the logistics and supply chain community for their excellence and contribution to the industry. Finalists in each category were first selected through online public voting. CEVA was a finalist in several categories including Global 3PL and Seafreight Forwarder of the Year. Winners in each category were then selected by an independent panel of judges comprising Asia's leading supply chain industry experts. CEVA beat four other finalists in the Airfreight Forwarder category to emerge as the winner for 2011.

Didier Chenneveau, CEVA’s President of Asia Pacific commented: “I am very pleased that CEVA has been presented with the Airfreight Forwarder of the Year award in Asia Pacific. This is a great achievement, particularly by our Airfreight team, and shows that CEVA is delivering service excellence and innovative solutions that are acknowledged within our industry as best practice."

This is the first time that CEVA has won an SCA award in Airfreight management; which is a highly competitive category. CEVA's achievements in providing innovative and quality Airfreight services are being recognized by industry peers, and are a leading example for the others to follow," said Frank Paul, Supply Chain Asia's Publisher.
