The company's primary hub is the Frankfurt Airport. In addition to a dedicated air freight fleet, the company uses spare belly space on Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines passenger planes.

Extra capacity in the bellies of passenger aircraft have contributed to structural overcapacity in the air cargo industry, which is putting pressure on cargo airlines' bottom lines.
