Luxembourg-based Cargolux Airlines International’s board of directors has elected Paul Helminger as its chairman.
Alphonse Berns, Paul Mousel and Patrick Nickels were also appointed as directors to the board.
Luxembourg’s government re-acquired a 35 percent stake in the airline from Qatar Airways on Dec. 31, 2012.
