Why can't I read the entire article?
Some content on joc.com is for members only. Members must log in first to access gated content.
How do I become a member?
Click on the Become a Member link in the Member Center (located in the upper right corner) or go to www.joc.com/membership to register.
I am a member. How do I login?
Click on the Login link in the Member Center (located in the upper right corner) and enter your member email address and password (case sensitive). If you don't remember your password, click on the Forgot? link (under Login) to request a new password. If the email doesn't arrive promptly, check your spam filters. This email will come from thankyou@halldata.com (please add this domain to your approved email sender list).
How do I change my password?
After login, click on your screen name in the Member Center to update your member profile (all fields can be edited including password and email address). If you did not assign a screen name, this field will default to your email address.
Where can I find my account number?
Login to the Member Center and click on your screen name to view your member profile and account number.
My company has a group membership but I can't login.
You should have received a welcome email with your group information. If you did not receive that, please check your spam filter or contact us – email: joc@halldata.com or call 1-877-675-4761 (Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm CST).
Are webcasts free for JOC members?
The free member webcasts are identified as a "JOC Member Advantage". For more information about webcasts go to www.joc.com/webcasts
How do I cancel my enewsletter subscription?
Click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the enewsletter or send a request to joc@halldata.com.
Stop sending me emails!
All emails sent from JOC include an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also edit your email preferences in your member profile or contact us at joc@halldata.com

Login is required to post comments. Click on the login link (or register link) located right below article. Your screen name and date of post will automatically be included at the end of your comment.
How do I use the Share This feature?
Click on the "Share This" icon to email an article or automatically post on social networking sites (such as Facebook or Twitter) or to quickly add to your bookmarks.
Is there an RSS feed available?
Yes, go to www.joc.com/news/rss.xml and click on subscribe
Where are the jobs?
Go to logisticscareercenter.joc.com to view the latest listing of job openings or to post a job

How do I access the magazine archives?
Members must first login then go to www.joc.com/magazine-archives to access the backissues and special issues including The Directory of Transportation, Top 100 Importers & Exporters, Annual Trucking Guide, Annual Review & Outlook, BreakBulk and Cool Cargo magazines.
When will I get my digital edition?
Please add JournalofCommerceDigitalMagazine@ubm-news.com to your preferred sender white list. Emails are sent out on Friday afternoon to alert members that their latest digital edition is available and ready for download thru the link provided (login is required). Once logged in, click on the ? button for helpful tips on how to navigate!
I think I'm missing an issue, how do I request a back issue?
The Journal of Commerce magazine is published weekly with 43 issues – which includes 9 digital-only editions (no print magazine) published on January 2, March 12, April 9, June 4, July 9, August 6, August 27, November 26, and December 31. The editorial schedule can be found online at http://www.joc.com/editorial-calendar. All issues are available in the magazine archives online at http://www.joc.com/magazine-archives (requires membership login). If you can need to request a print edition back issue, please contact joc@halldata.com
