This is shaping up to be another tough year for shippers, carriers, forwarders, logistics service and solution providers alike. Carriers cannot continue to absorb the losses they experienced in 2009, and so rates cannot remain at recent unsustainable levels. Shippers will need to find other ways to cut supply
